Today’s Photo Inspiration: Art Imitating Life
Hello OLTL Readers! This photo was taken a few ago along with yesterday’s posted photo. The funny thing is that this was not the intended image. Purely accidental, the background was darkened due to the camera settings and became an unexpected surprise. I will be sure to take note of the settings next time for replication.
Photo taken today after the thunderstorm.
I decided to experiment with the camera settings a bit to achieve the darkened background. I have seen this technique in other photos but I was not sure how to achieve it until yesterday. This photo was a happy accident replicated today.
Yesterday’s “Happy Accident”…. will be posted later today.
Enjoy … until then!
Patterns are everywhere; even in the most basic designs. This photo was taken of a beautiful wrought iron door shortly before sunset yesterday. I tried to capture the sunlight’s glow on the door as well as the approaching thunderstorm clouds.
I hope you enjoyed today’s photo! Please feel free to share your thoughts.
